工作內容：

1. – To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the pool area as per the standards laid down.
2. – Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
3. – Realize that his/her primary role is to be of service to the guest and that their needs & safety come first.
4. – Must be completely conversant with first aid & life saving techniques.
