平時去interview就多，自己in人又試過未？AIA International Limited 請Recruitment Officer/ Assistant ( Full Time/ Part Time)，彈性工作時間，有興趣就繼續睇落去啦。

工作内容：

– Collaborate with decision maker to identify target candidates

– Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilising multiple online resources

– (JobsDB, LinkedIn, University recruitment platform, Facebook, Instagram etc.)

– Evaluate CVs, contact the potential candidates and conduct interview

– Make proper report and follow up with every candidates

– Manage the process from interview through offer stage

入職要求：

– High diploma holder or above

– Strong team player who is able to work under pressure, self motivated and responsibility

– Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred

– Good User in Microsoft office and tablets

– Immediate available is preferred 

– Fresh graduates are welcome 

薪酬、工作時間及地點：

– Full-time: 12000K + bonus; Part-time: $60-90/hour

– Full-time: Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm); Part-time: Mainly Mon –  Fri (Half-day)

– Location: Quarry Bay

– On-job Training
