Job Description
The Job
- Ensure efficient purchase including but not limited to Printing items, F&B items, General Supplies and Inventory items, etc
- Prepare documentation of relevant purchasing activities including price comparisons, tenders and market price surveys
- Assist in coordination of all product and purchase specifications from respective user departments
- Conduct interview as required by Procurement Manager with suppliers’ representatives to obtain information, specifications and quotations and to negotiate to the best advantage of the Group
- Follow up outstanding orders to ensure on-time delivery of required products
- Maintain and update a library of catalogues, samples and price lists
The Requirement
- Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in purchasing field
- Knowledge in contract/tender management is an advantage
- Proficient in MS office application, experience in Oracle e-Pro is preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese
- Self-motivated, a good team player
