Who are we looking for?

• Undergraduate or postgraduate of any disciplines, penultimate year students are highly preferred
• Able to work full-time from mid-June to mid-Aug
• A valid permit to work in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

 

What are we offering?

Commercial (Ref: JDB/SI/C/01)

Responsibilities

• Organize and participate in business development activities such as client meetings and industry networking events
• Assist in the end-to-end tenancy process of Advanced Manufacturing Centre including but not limited to liaising with different stakeholders, answering enquiries, arranging site visits for due diligence, preparing lease documents etc.
• Provide support for Advanced Manufacturing Centre’s marketing initiatives such as preparing marketing collaterals and revamp website
• Conduct market research / intelligence and analysis data for industry trends

Requirements

• University students preferably in science / engineering disciplines
• Self-initiated, result-oriented and customer-oriented with ability to develop effective relationship
• Knowledge / understanding about Hong Kong manufacturing & trade industry is a definite advantage

 

Operation Services (Ref: JDB/SI/OS/02)

Responsibilities

• Develop different digital collateral including but not limited to infographic, video, animation to present the information in internal workflow and programme guideline
• Assist in reviewing and standardizing guidelines & procedures
• Provide support in data analysis and report preparation as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• University students majoring in Business Administration, Creative Media, Design or other related disciplines
• Knowledge in infographic video production is preferred
• Creative, detail-minded and eager to learn

 

Marketing (Ref: JDB/SI/M/03)

Responsibilities

• Involve in planning and execution for flagship activities including preparation of marketing collaterals, material design, content development, on-site support, post-activity analytics and follow up
• Assist in building and managing social media posts across Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
• Provide marketing research support and other duties as required

Requirements

• Major in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Translation, business or other related disciplines
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Responsible, dynamic and enthusiastic team player

 

AIR Platform (Ref: JDB/SI/AP/04)

Responsibilities

• Support vendors & service application process of AI Plug (e.g. meetings arrangement, application form handling, vendors’ onboarding process etc.)
• Prepare reports for the vendor application process
• Prepare marketing materials for Tech-Shop promotion
• Handle general enquiries from vendors and partners

Requirements

• Undergraduate in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• Passionate in developing a career in the AI-related industry
• High proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Organized, detailed-oriented and eager to learn

 

BioMedical Technology Cluster (Ref: JDB/SI/BMTC/05)

Responsibilities

Healthy Ageing Platform

• Conduct research and provide administration support
• Prepare marketing materials to promote tech products of park companies

Incu-Bio Programme

• Support the Incu-Bio operations
• Coordinate panel assessment, meetings, webinars and related arrangement

Requirements

• Undergraduate in biological science or marketing related disciplines
• High proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Proficient in video editing and social media

 

Partnership Programmes Management (Ref: JDB/SI/PPM/06)

Responsibilities

• Assist in script writing & video shoot into creative and highly engaging content
• Coordinate event logistics (i.e. venue & travel)

Requirements

• Undergraduate in journalism or communications
• High proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate creative thinking and multimedia creation

 

Incubation & Acceleration Programme (Ref: JDB/SI/IAP/07)

Responsibilities

SAA member engagement project

• Participate in the review and design of workflows to accelerate the member activation scheme
• Participate and execute member’s data acquisition and dashboard analytics
• Assist in the thought-leadership survey within the community
• Plan & conduct graduation survey 2020

Incubation Operation IT project

• Assist in the system data updates and data preparation for grant / targeted fund system module deployment

Requirements

• Undergraduate in corporate communication, industrial engineering or computer science discipline
• Business minded or strong business acumen
• Experience in database or digital content / survey curation
• Presentable with good interpersonal skill

 

Corporate Venture Fund (Ref: SI/CVF/08)

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling, valuation and return analysis
• Assist in research, due diligence and other associated tasks
• Assist in preparation of investment memorandums, presentations and reports
• Assist in portfolio management and regular reporting for compliance purpose
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors and management

Requirements

• University students majoring in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines, MBA holder is an added advantage
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
