工作內容：

Our client is a well-known and sizable Life Insurance Company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

• Responsibilities:

               -Provide technical support, hotline, in person or email to users

               -Troubleshoot tech issues, including desktop support and device issue

               -Configure and deploy Macs/windows and related enterprise software

               -Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

 

入職要求：

-Undergraduate students in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

-Mentor to have IT related knowledge and skills

-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

-Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills

-Good communication and project management skills

-Fresh graduate / undergraduates are welcome to apply

-Immediate available is highly preferred
