今次係男同學嘅福利啊！世界著名汽車品牌Mercedes-Benz請intern啊，預計由5月中起開始為期半年嘅實習時間，有興趣嘅朋友仔千祈唔好錯過啦！

工作內容：

1. Prepare annual planning and forecasts including consolidation of overheads and investment budgets, validation of planning assumptions and preparation of various presentations to Top Management
2. Preparing management reporting, presentations and various reports on overheads analysis
3. Analyze monthly Marketing spendings to find efficiencies
4. Evaluate process landscape to find further automation possibilities – Robotic Process Automation
5. Assist with MBHK Internal Control System (ICS)
6. Preparing price proposals for new car launches
7. Assist Head of Controlling in daily operational tasks
8. Assist in stock stake
9. Data input and report preparation for Accounting department
10. Perform administrative tasks for Administration department
11. Prepare Compliance Newsletters to promote Integrity and Compliance
12. Assist in preparing Risk Management (RM) project materials
13. Update daily compliance consultation log, legal log and contract management log
14. Conduct researches on several compliance topics e.g., Data Protection and Competition Laws, etc.
15. Participate in the annual staff gathering organization committee
16. Assist in ad-hoc tasks

入職要求：

1. Undergraduate student or Fresh Graduate in Business Administration or Economy or related disciplines
2. Advanced proficiency level for Excel, PowerPoint & Access
3. Sensitive to figures, attentive to details and high accuracy of work
4. Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
5. Analytical and logical with structural thinking
6. Willing to learn and take up any new tasks assigned by the supervisor
7. Able to work in an international environment
8. Self-motivated, detail-minded and strong sense of responsibility
9. Independent as well as a good team player
10. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
11. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
