工作內容：
ABOUTHAI’s 1-year Management Trainee (“MT”) Programme is offered in Retail stream. The Programme will offer you a well-rounded development experience and exposure to our retail business for your personal & professional growth.
During this 1 year programme, he/she will be responsible for the operations of retail shops including but not limited to shop operations, achieve sales target, develop & implement sales plan and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Upon the completion the management trainee program, the management trainee will be equipped to perform high level & supervisory duties.
入職要求：
-Form 6 / DSE or above
-Strong career aspiration & planning in retail industry
-Proactive, positive, adaptive and high learning agility
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
-Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-initiated and strong ability to learn
-Fresh Graduates are welcome
-Immediately available is highly preferable
