職責：

• – 協助處理文書工作，輸入數據；
• – 準備報告書，確保數據準確；
• – 能夠每週最少工作3天

 
申請條件：

• – 就讀任何科目的本科生、副學士或高級文憑學生；
• – 做事盡責、細心、有抗壓能力；
• – 熟知MS Word和Excel （如Pivot Table, vlookup）等等

Responsibilities

• – Provide clerical support and data entry for the department
• – Prepare reports and ensure the data are accurate
• – Work closely with the team on daily routine tasks
• – Able to work at least 3 days per week
• – Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager

Particular Skills/knowledge required

• – Undergraduate / associate degree or higher diploma in any discipline
• – Good personality, responsible, detail-minded, able to work under pressure
• – Strong computer knowledge in MS Word and Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, vlookup)
• – Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• – Able to work in a dynamic, multi-task and fast-paced environment
