職責：

• – 協助策劃和實行歷峰的全球人才管理項目；和
• – 協助在亞太地區推動建立僱主品牌 等等

 
我們在尋找：

• – 對人際關係有熱情、平易近人和有同理心；和
• – 數據和商業分析技巧紮實；和
• – 熟悉數碼科技、有項目管理技巧 等等

 
Job Responsibility:

• – Assist in developing and implementing Richemont global talent management projects
• – Define project purposes and road map
  • – Inject creative ideas and element into the projects
  • – To actively drive the process, collaborate with cross function team members and stakeholders to share and build upon ideas
  • – Create promotion materials, contents and videos for project use
• – Assist in continuously driving the employer branding projects for APAC
  • – Work closely with vendor on daily operations, hands on with admin tasks
  • – Utilize new creative methods to enhance different projects

What we are looking for:

• – Strong data, business analytical skill
• – Project Management skill, digital savvy
• – Interpersonal skill, confident to influence others, including senior management
• – Courage to accept new changes and challenges
