• Work closely with external clients and Installation contractors on scheduling and manpower control
• Conduct on-site inspection and monitoring to ensure display materials are in good condition, inform client if defect found (night work required)
• Ensure workers are working under safety environment and follow Safety Policy
• Follow up maintenance orders and inquiry
• Manage and maintain inventory record (lighting spare parts)
• Reporting after installation and clerical support to team

Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher diploma in Project Management, Interior Design or relevant.
• Experiences in out-door signage or related projects would be an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience with project management, maintenance and site co-ordination work.
• Energetic, Hard working, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience in project planning and works coordination.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Immediate available is preferred.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator.
