大專生筍工推介

香港畫廊協會(HKAGA)為11月舉行嘅香港藝術週請緊intern，對藝術行政工作有興趣嘅同學不妨一試。
 
職責：

• – 更新HKAGA網站和社交媒體網頁；
• – 設計網上宣傳橫額和宣傳資料；
• – 支援會員續會和市場推廣事宜等

 
申請要求：

• – 大學生或應屆畢業生；
• – 對視覺藝術有興趣；
• – 優良中英文技巧；
• – 熟悉Microsoft Office Suite為佳；
• – 有平面設計經驗為佳等

 
辦公時間：早上10時至傍晚7時，每週2-3天（週末如有活動或需工作）
實習期間：最少3個月（2019年10月至12月）
 
Responsibilities

• – Update HKAGA website and social media sites
• – Design e-banners and promotional materials
• – Support HKAGA events for both members and the general public
• – Support membership renewal and marketing efforts
• – Assist Manager with daily operations and administrative work
• – Maintain the association’s database and internal records
• – Ad hoc tasks, including but not limited to translation and design work
• – Support event logistics, such as Hong Kong Art Week, art talks, gallery tours & workshops

 
Requirements

• – University student or recent graduate
• – Proven interest in Visual Art
• – Self-motivated, organised, and attentive to details
• – Able to work independently and efficiently
• – Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• – Familiar with social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• – Advanced user in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• – Skills and experience in graphic design preferred

 

• Working hours: 10am-7pm, 2-3 days per week, work on weekend may be required on event days
• Minimum commitment: 3 months (October to December 2019)
