1. Greets and handles all arrival or departure guests check in and out;
2. Go though on-day arrival report;
3. Provides local information and promotes in-house facilities for guests.

Requirements:

1. Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management;
2. Preferred with relevant working experiences in hotel industry;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. People & guest service-oriented;
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
6. Familiar with PMS and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
