工作內容：

– work at The Racing Club’s dining venues, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses on racedays and non-racedays, including Public Holidays

– provide quality and efficient customer services to members

– handle table reservation, escorting services to members

– answer The Racing Club hotline and resolve members’ enquiries in professional manner

– provide administrative support for the team

 

入職要求：

– minimum Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSE / HKCEE

– good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese

– customer-centric and details orientated

– professional manner on handling confidential information

– hands-on experience of MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
