最近失業率升至6.6%，Ufinance繼續積極為大家搵荀工！今次介紹一份喺迷你酒店Mini Hotel返嘅grad job。Mini Hotel係一間連鎖設計酒店，服務對象係休閒同商務旅客，最近正在擴展業務，招聘Guest Relations Officer，需要返shift。

 

職責：

– Responsible for providing customer services to the guests.

– Service scopes include monitoring and implement the daily operations of front desk.

– Administrative support like preparing reports of arrival and departure etc.

 

入職要求：

 

– 2 year relevant experience in hotel operators.

– Degree / Diploma holder in hospitality management.

– Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

– Service-oriented, pleasant personality, good communications and interpersonal skills.

– Knowledge in HIS system would be a definite advantage.

– Shift duty is required.

– Fresh graduate will also be considered.

 

Working Location: Causeway Bay
