工作內容：
（1）Deliver a 5-star customer experience
（2）Respond to queries via incoming calls, email, social media and instant messaging on all
digital platforms (including LUSH official website, Tmall Global Store and any potential
new platforms)
（3）Offer professional consultations on products and recommend the best options to
customers according to their needs
（4）Have a customer-first mindset and handle complaints efficiently
（5）Collect customer feedback and share insightful ideas with the team from time to time
（6）Work cross-functionally with other e-commerce departments
（7）Actively manage and update all customer service related documents for internal tracking
工作要求:
（1）1-2 years relevant experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage
（2）Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
（3）Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
（4）Proficient computer skills, must be a fast Chinese typist
（5）Willing to work at nights, weekends, and on public holidays
Working Hours:
（1）Very flexible, depends on your availability
（2）Staff are required to work 3-4 days per week
