工作內容：

Operations Management Trainee is a tailor made 12-month development program bringing you an opportunity to carve out the bright career path. It will undergo Management Training Program with satisfactory assessment.

By joining the Program, our senior executive and experienced managers will be assigned as mentors, providing guidance and substantial feedback to develop their potentials. In the meantime, trainees will receive a series of diversified training, including structured classroom training (e.g. Delegation, Coaching, Team Building) and frontline on-the-job training (e.g. Product Knowledge, Selling and Service Skill, Complaint Handling Skill). Besides, you will be attached to operations management team to assimilate the whole operations procedure.

 

入職基本要求:

（1）Degree holder with strong passion in developing career in retail industry

（2）Working experience in retail business will be an advantage

（3）Optimistic with good interpersonal and presentation skills

（4）Self-motivate and willing to take up new challenges

（5）Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
