工作內容：

• Manage daily order fulfillment and coordinate with retail stores to ensure all orders are accurately and promptly fulfilled.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels, such as email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Follow up on order issues such as refund, return, and exchange to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle product listings via Shopify, including work related to product images, product descriptions, meta fields, and other related fields.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

入職基本要求:

• The ability to work independently and autonomously is a must
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays
• • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner (English & Chinese)
• Passion for online retail and eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
