CASETIFY啲手機配件成日同大IP合作真係好靚㗎，但你又有冇諗過可以入去做？依家CASETIFY 請緊 Customer Experience Assistant，負責Follow Up 客戶嘅Email提問，同可以同Production team 合作，除時知道最新合作有咩，但係條件係要識韓文，想Apply嘅同學仔要快手啦！

 

工作內容：

• Resolve matter / follow up with customer enquiry emails
• Coordinate with production and logistics department
• Daily monitoring of customer feedback across social network
• Support adhoc projects / tasks
• Flexible working shift

入職基本要求：

• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Proficient in written &verbal communication in English & Korean/Thai
• Prior work experience in customer service, media agency, telemarketing preferred
• Passion and patience in helping customers with their difficulties
• Proficiency in written/spoken Chinese/ Cantonese is a plus
• Experience in e-commerce and logistics industry is highly regarded
• Proficient in Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Tumblr
• Social media experience and search marketing are advantageous but not compulsory
