工作內容：

  • Provide a wide range of operational and clerical support for the HR Department
  • Support C&B team in monthly attendance, leave management, OT calculation, and other HR related administration work
  • Assist in the pre-stage of talent acquisition such as job positing, candidate sourcing and interview arrangement
  • Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives, projects and engagement activities
  • Support ad-hoc assignments as required

 

入職基本要求：

  • Diploma / Undergraduate in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills, detail oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Available to work on a half-day/full-day basis, 2 to 5 days per week
  • Duration: July 2023 to March 2024
