工作內容：

（1）Support general office administration duties including but not limited to: office supply management, handling of incoming and outgoing couriers, documents filing, etc.

（2）Assist in preparation of documents for submission to the government (funding applications, BR renewal, visa application etc.)

（3）Provide administrative support on HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding

（4）Assist in organizing company activities (team meetings, after-hour-social, etc.)

（5）Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

（6）Immediate availability is highly preferred

工作要求：

（1）Degree holder or undergraduate students are considered

（2）Able to work at least 2-3 full day per week

（3）Responsible and willing to learn, self-motivated, well organised and detail-oriented

（4）Pleasant personality, positive attitude with good interpersonal skill

（5）Good command of written English

（6）Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel), Google Suite and Chinese Word Processing
