一年一度嘅馬會MT又請人啦！馬會MT計劃雖然比較長，為期3年，但只要完成成個programme都有機會直接成為中高層，而且馬會人工相對出面其他工黎講相對較高，所以每年都吸引好多人報名！只要你擁有少於3年工作經驗，就把握呢個千載難逢嘅機會，2023年10月31號前報名啦！

工作內容：

The Management Trainee Programme recruits and develops high potential individuals as future leaders of the Club – young talent who will carry forward the Club’s purpose of working continuously for the betterment of our society.

During our accelerated three-year development programme, you will:

（1）Formulate a personal development plan tailor-made to match your development needs and enables you to fulfill your career aspiration

（2）Rotate within and across the business and corporate functions

（3）Participate in some of the Club’s community projects

（4）Work with senior managers and colleagues on stretch projects contributing to the Club’s business development and its broader impact in society

（5）Follow a competency-based training and learning curriculum with best-in-class training, experiential activities, learning forums, digital learning tracks and action learning projects

工作要求:

（1）Fresh graduate or degree holder in any discipline, with less than 3 years working experience.

（2）With proven academic excellence and performance.

（3）Looking for a fast track and long-term career in a corporate environment.

（4）Mature, self-confident and independent.

（5）Self-starter, eager and fast to learn.

（6）Enjoys being challenged, comfortable with conflict and change.

（7）Flexible, able to handle a dynamic and fast-paced business setting.

（8）Strong leadership skills and potential.

（9）Strong business acumen.

（10）Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
