工作內容：

（1）Assist on online stores daily operations, which includes content management, order fulfillment and customer service;

（2）Respond to customers’ enquiries and feedbacks in all channels including email, social media platforms and product reviews;

（3）Assist on website UI/UX enhancements;

（4）Assist on CRM program formulation;

（5）Research on latest market trends;

（6）Other ad-hoc tasks related to the e-commerce team.

入職要求：

（1）University or diploma students preferably with major in E-commerce, Information Systems, Marketing or related discipline;

（2）Innovative, independent and a good team player;

（3）Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

（4）Passion to help drive sales and conversions by improving the customer journey;

（5）Candidate with website management / customer service experience will be an advantage.
