工作內容：
Once selected, your first 18 months will consist of 3 rotations in our warehouse locations, designed to give you a well-rounded perspective of a career in logistics. While working on the job will allow for a large share of your learning, you’ll also have involvement in corporate training, blended learning & special projects.
To bring it all together, your assigned mentor will be your guiding anchor while you navigate your first months with us.
Students hired under the Regional Management Trainee Program 2024 form a key pipeline of managerial talent for us.
You will be placed in roles in our warehouse operations where all the action happens. You’ll learn the dynamics of keeping pace with demand and supply, designing & implementing solutions for our global retail clients. A front seat to all of the action as it unfolds.
Successful graduates of the RMT program will land a role within the Omnichannel Fulfilment (OCF) Division of Maersk and begin their journey to become managers & senior managers within a short span of two to five years with us.
工作要求:
（1）Bachelors or master degree (any discipline) with a good GPA
（2）Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2-year working experience
（3）Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive
（4）Passionate about the Supply Chain industry
（5）Good spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
