工作內容：
（1）Resolve matter / follow up with customer enquiry emails
（2）Coordinate with production and logistics department
（3）Daily monitoring of customer feedback across social network
（4）Support adhoc projects / tasks

工作要求:
（1）Fresh graduates are welcomed
（2）Prior work experience in customer service preferred
（3）Passion and patience in helping customers with their difficulties
（4）Fluent in written/spoken English; proficiency in written/spoken Chinese/Cantonese is a plus
（5）Experience in e-commerce and logistics industry is highly regarded
（6）Proficient in Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
（7）Social media experience and digital marketing are advantageous but not compulsory
