工作內容：
The Summer Management Trainee Programme 2024 is a dynamic opportunity tailored for recent graduates, offering a pathway to employment within the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG) – one of the largest youth organisations in Hong Kong. This programme aims to immerse trainees in the HKFYG’s mission, services, and culture through a structured series of on-the-job training experiences.
Trainees who exhibit exceptional performance and successfully pass our comprehensive evaluation process will be considered for a contract renewal upon completion of the programme. Continued employment could lead to a role as a Youth Worker (YW) and in the future a higher position for those performing extraordinarily.
工作要求:
（1）Recent graduates with Bachelor’s Degree or above.
（2）Candidate with no more than 3 years of work experience.
（3）Passionate about working in the NGO sector, particularly in the field of youth work.
（4）Experience in planning, implementing youth programme.
（5）Good written, verbal and presentation skills in Chinese and English.
（6）Good interpersonal and communication skills.
（7）Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
（8）IT knowledge and skills are advantageous.
（9）Experience in social media platform management is advantageous.
