工作內容：

 General

－Handle Clerical Works (courier arrangement, faxing, copying, scanning, processing paperwork, modifying PPTs, burning discs, etc)

－Prepare monthly / project reports

－Distribute interim / annual reports, newsletters, or souvenirs to specific recipients/teammates

Event Management

－Logistics arrangements (hotels/function room or restaurants booking, ticketing, car rental, accommodations, etc)

－Prepare invitation via Event Management System

－Follow up with the invitation and newswire targets and compile a tentative attendance list

－Reservation and preparation of required equipment

－Prepare logistic materials

－Other arrangements including order corsages, food and beverage, photo album and frames etc

－Venue set up and on-site support of events

－Prepare attendance lists with copies of business cards

Company Website Maintenance

－Updates of clients’ information regularly

－Upload event calendar, press releases, and announcement
