工作內容：

（1）Write, edit, and publish content, including announcements, website content, newsletter and other marketing material that communicates the activities, products and/or services for the fleet

（2）Manage fleet communication channels (TG channel, rider website, Facebook page etc.) to ensure all information sources are synced and updated

（3）Maintain trustworthy relationships with fleet ambassadors to constantly exchange feedback and latest updates by having meeting monthly and arranging different FA tasks

（4）Track and analyze fleet comments and sentiments on social media platforms or other input methods

（5）Collect data on couriers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations

（6）Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required

（7）Assist Fleet Experience Team Lead with different ad hoc projects to enhance fleet experience.

入職要求：

（1）Bachelor’ Degree in Business or relevant.

（2）Welcoming fresh graduate candidates that are hungry for new challenges and learning opportunities

（3）1 year of working experience in the marketing field, communications field or related industries

（4）Candidate with knowledge of desktop publishing software (AI/Photoshop/Wix/Canva) will be a plus

（5）Able to work under pressure with a positive mindset and can-do attitude

（6）Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

（7）Good time management and organizational skills

（8）Fluent in Cantonese and English is a MUST
