工作內容：

（1）Provide high quality and customer-friendly counter services to customers

（2）Handle daily financial transactions and customers’ enquiries

（3）Refer Customers to respective colleagues in satisfying customer’s other financial needs

（4）Provide excellent service in handling customer issues and enquiries in a timely, problem-free and responsive manner

（5）Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and

（6）Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

入職要求：

（1）Attained Level 2/Grade E or above in 5 subjects in HKCEE / HKDSE including Chinese, English and Mathematics, equivalent or above

（2）Strong desire to develop career in banking industry

（3）Customer-oriented, independent, pro-active, and presentable

（4）Strong commitment and good communication skills

（5）Basic PC knowledge

（6）Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

（7）Candidate without relevant working experience will also be considered

Work location: Branch placement will be subject to hiring team’s final decision

Working hours: Monday to Friday – from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (No more than 18 hours per week)
