工作內容：

（1）Assist the Property Manager in supervising the property management team to handle day-to-day operations

（2）Control and monitor vendor’s performance, such as cleaning, security, etc.

（3）Providing customer services, such as handling inquiries and complaints from tenants

（4）Build up and maintain good relationships with clients

（5）Performs other duties as assigned.

入職要求：

（1）Diploma and above in Property Management/ Housing Studies/ Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines

（2）Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management/ Customer Services/ Hospitality. Candidates with more experience will be considered senior-level.

（3）Fresh Graduates are also welcome.

（4）Can-do attitude, team player, willing to change and with good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

（5）Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

（6）Good written English in FM operation related documents
