工作內容：

E-commerce support

（1）Create product content (product names, descriptions and visuals) for the online flash sales, ensure the website reflects correct detail and prices, proactively amending any errors.

（2）Assist in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce department, including order processing, inventory management and fulfillment.

（3）Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

（4）Work closely with the Customer Service team to rectify any product or delivery issues to ensure excellent customer service.

（5）Share preview links with the brand partners to make sure the information is correct (e.g. product content, materials, product images, descriptions, etc.)

（6）Update and maintain product listings on the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, pricing, and availability.

（7）Assist in analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

（8）Support the implementation of promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers on the e-commerce platform.

Data analysis and reporting

（1）Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for brand partners and internal stakeholders, analyzing data and identifying commercial actions to leverage additional sales

（2）Conduct business, quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales data

Ad-hoc

（1）Participate in other projects and ad-hoc requests

 

入職要求：

（1）Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree of one of top leading universities or business schools

（2）High-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic

（3）Proactive, able to understand the needs of the brands / customers / team

（4）Exceptionally organized, with time management and multitasking skills

（5）Flexible and able to work across departments, quickly switching between tasks

（6）Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

（7）Hands-on with Excel and Word, ideally with Shopify / Google Analytics
