工作內容：

Charities & Community Division is looking for a “Part time – Administration assistant” for the JC STEM Lab and JC Global STEM Post-doctoral Fellowship for Transitional Research and Application to provide clerical/administrative support to the secretariat.

Working time : Monday-Friday (at least 2 or 3 days per week)

Location: Shatin Communications & Technology Centre

Job Duties:

（1）Data input and records keeping;

（2）General event support;

（3）Support on Selection Committee meetings;

（4）Event and meeting documents preparation;

（5）General administrative support to the team, e.g. claims handling; and

（6）Other clerical support as required.
