工作內容：

（1）Develop an understanding of the Cathay’s Engineering Department and the organisation – purpose, structure, strategy, values and drivers

（2）Acquire profound understanding and accomplish all learning objectives for each rotation at different teams and departments

（3）Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders / teams for assigned projects with the demonstration of collaboration and teamwork

（4）Contribute innovations and new ideas to leverage latest technology as an enabler to create competitive advantage for the business

（5）Assist on ad hoc tasks where required

 

入職要求：

（1）2025 graduate with a bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; Or graduate before 2025 with maximum 2 years of working experience

－For Technical stream – Holder of HKIE Scheme “A” accredited degree would be an advantage

－For Operational stream – Holder of HKAR-147 Certificate of Recognition or HKAR-66 Cat B1.1 or B2 knowledge examinations and practical assessments would be an advantage

（2）Right to work in Hong Kong (eligible visa holders are also welcome, including via the Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS) and Immigration Arrangements for Non-local Graduates (IANG))

（3）Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

（4）Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work as a team

（5）Excellent command of written and spoken English
