有無讀HR／對HR行業有興趣嘅同學想搵份PT Intern呢？依家跨國公司Schneider Electric Asia Pacific Limited請緊PT嘅HR Intern，主要嘅工作圍繞住Talent Acquisition & Training & Development，Contract為期半年。如果你有興趣報名，同埋一星期可以返到2－3日的話就報名啦！

 

工作內容：

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

（1）Support end to end recruitment activities including but not limited to posting jobs, screening applications, arranging interviews, preparing employment documents and providing on-boarding support

（2）Support the Graduate Programs recruitment process

（3）Support Employer Branding activities (university relations, social media campaigns, etc.)

（4）Perform HR clerical and administrative duties ie. work visas applications, maintain staff database up-to-date

Training & Development

（1）Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and equipment needs

（2）Update and maintain training data and completion tracking

（3）Support procurement and administrative processes related to HR initiatives

（4）Perform other duties as assigned to support the HR team

 

工作要求：

（1）Undergraduate in Business / Human Resource Management / Education / Psychology or a related field. Open to students in other disciplines who have passion to develop career in HR

（2）Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in creating visually appealing presentations will be added advantage

（3）Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

（4）Attention to details, organized, proactive and resourceful, with a strong desire to learn new skills, explore new ideas and contribute to the team’s success

（5）Prior internship or part-time working experience is preferred

（6）Able to regularly work for 2-3 full days per week will be an advantage
