工作內容：

（1）Assist the Operations team in all issues related to festival operations including:

（2）handling enquiries and complaints related to the operations of the annual HKIFF and other Society organized events;

（3）preparing materials for film scheduling and HKIFF website and booking folders;

（4）assisting in proof-reading contents of the HKIFF website and booking folders before launch and printing;

（5）update websites and mobile app content;

（6）co-ordinating delivery of HKIFF booking folders and other promotional materials;

（7）preparing Festival passes for staff, guests and media;

（8）co-ordinating with screening venues to ensure smooth audience flow;

（9）co-ordinating and taking care of setup and operations of the online streaming platform;

（10）co-ordinating events and activities (including the HKIFF Opening, other Premiere events, online events and other Society organized events and activities);

（11）taking care of logistics and setup of HKIFF Temporary Office;

（12）assuming duties at HKIFF Temporary Office during the annual HKIFF;

（13）assuming guest reception duties;

（14）assuming ticket sales and ticket redemption reception at designated venues;

（15）co-ordinating meeting schedules, preparing agendas and minutes; and

（16）Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or management from time to time.

入職要求：

（1）University graduate or equivalent;

（2）Proactive, Independent, good interpersonal and communication skills;

（3）1 – 2 years’ working experience in film related field will be an advantage;

（4）Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;

（5）Understanding web and mobile app trends and experience in managing CMS will be an advantage;

（6）Experience in publishing will be an advantage;

（7）Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); and

（8）Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays from January to April 2025.
