工作內容：

Gaining practical experience with CRM tools and industry knowledge while exploring various roles within CRM to help identify interests and career paths. This role will be working in the Loyalty Marketing Section.

（1）Marketing Strategies: Support POSM adaptations for tactical campaigns, gaining insights into campaign execution.

（2）Content Writing: Develop copywriting skills by assisting in creating content for always-on social media posts. Learn about content management systems (CMS) through maintaining and organizing CMS content.

（3）Regular reports: Consolidate marketing materials between business units and CRM team.

 

入職要求：

（1）Undergraduate students majoring in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines.

（2）Guest serving experience is preferred (e.g., Sales / CS).

（3）Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills to work across different stakeholders.

（4）Well organized and good communication skills. in spoken & written Chinese and English.

（5）Proficiency in MS Office (word / excel / PPT).
