小編又嚟推介荀工啦，今次Big4請intern！係有關managed services嘅一年programme，涉及客戶服務、營運，同反洗黑錢、法規、制裁等專業領域。5月31號截止，有興趣就繼續睇落去啦。
Big4之一嘅KPMG，總部設喺荷蘭，喺147個國家同城市運營，提供審計、稅務和諮詢服務。呢個1-year programme，直接參與KPMG喺中國其中一個最重要嘅業務，為主要金融服務客戶提供支持。為期四周嘅programme，涉及客戶服務、運營，同反洗黑錢、法規、制裁等專業領域，協助打擊全球金融犯罪，為社會帶嚟正面影響。KPMG嘅Managed Services結合營運、主題專業知識、領先工具同技術，支援金融服務客戶進行CDD同金融犯罪審查。
工作期
June 2020 – May 2021
工作內容
– Perform remediation and renewal reviews of CDD
– Support financial crime-based investigations
– Leverage multiple outreach channels to engage directly with customers of clients to obtain specific information
– Respond to customer enquiries and feedbacks professionally and with a customer-centric mindset
– Understand information and documentation requirements for corporate structures and use or quote evidence reference material, if necessary
– Conduct research and obtain data, evidence and documents from related systems and the internet to get relevant information to complete the review
– Complete review timely and take prompt actions on referrals or queries in order to keep the case moving
入職要求
– Currently studying towards a Bachelors degree in Business Administration
– Excellent customer service skills and good command on written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
– Ability to assimilate and apply detailed process instructions
– Strong analytical skills and problem solving, self-motivation and possess an enquiring mind
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or other related applications
– A good team player with the ability to deliver efficient working outcomes and overcome challenges even under pressure
– Proactive and solutions driven, with the ability to thrive in a challenging environment
