工作內容：

-Receive training and perform duties in business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Retail Development, Sales and Marketing

-Monitor the status of project milestones and deliverables and ensure Managing Director makes informed and timely decisions for the success of the project

-Identify and develop methodologies, best practices, techniques in upholding standards for project success across the team

-Oversee and drive consistency, alignment, optimization and communication on strategic and transversal initiatives and projects

-Create visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders and ensure seamless team collaboration and communication among team members

-Forecast and anticipate real-time foresight into project resourcing and take corrective actions ahead of time

-Train in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments to equip technical and professional competency

-Manage ongoing risk assessment and mitigation across all projects

-Perform in specific project assigned for each rotation with performance objectives

入職要求：

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

-Intellectually curious, business-minded, motivated toward career growth and learning

-Driven, adaptable initiative and enterprise with strong leadership potential

-Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

-Strong academic track record and a high level of numeracy and literacy

Inclusive and Open; able to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
