工作內容：

• Carry out name screening, periodic review and a clear alert generated by in-house system
• Perform CDD, EDD and eKYC tasks including world check, FATCA, etc
• Participate in the project for eKYC solution for various platforms
• Assist in preparing reports for management and HKMA
• Support promotional operations in the area of promotion campaign performance monitoring, promotional rewards fulfilment, budget tracking etc
• Be a key driver of customer experience
• Ensure all operational processes are complied with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Support ad hoc duties assigned by Department Head

 

入職要求：

• Tertiary Education with an Associate Degree/Diploma or above
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Adaptive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
