千呼萬喚始出來，Hotel intern/ MT 終於出嚟啦！半島酒店是全球連鎖高級酒店品牌，亦係香港最歷史悠久嘅五星酒店。佢哋今次請緊Intern(6-12個月)同MT(12-18個月)，兩個programs 都邀請修讀酒店嘅學生或者畢業生申請。

 

Management Trainee and Internships Programmes

Working alongside a world class leadership team, we are seeking budding hoteliers wishing to learn valuable experiences.

• Further your career in hospitality by developing your skill set as a Management Trainee or Intern
• Both programmes are designed for hospitality undergraduates wanting to practically hone their understanding of luxury hotel operations
• Opportunity to work across one or more operational departments
• Management trainees will to gain exposure to hands-on supervisory experience
• The Management Trainee Programme runs for 12-18 months and the Internship Programme runs over a 6-12 month period
• Suitability for either programme will be based on the applicants level of experience

General Requirements

• Superior communication skills and ability to demonstrate potential leadership qualities
• Desire and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Fluent in English and local language(s) relevant to the location of your placement
• Legally able to work in the designated country
• Hospitality or business graduate
