工作內容：

– To provide clerical support to various Human Resources functions, including data entry, reports updating, scanning and filing, etc.

– Provide administrative support on staffing and compensation & benefit issues.

– Other HR related projects and ad hoc duties.

工作要求:

– Diploma or above;

– Strong self-motivation and attention to details with high quality

– Familiar with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

– Good command of English & Chinese;

– Proficient PC Applications and Chinese Word Processing;

– Good planning, organizing, interpersonal, problem solving, customer service and communications skills;

Working hours: 16 hours per week, 4 half days or 2 full days.
