工作內容：

New Product Forecast

-Keep track with global team on new product forecast information and deadline

-To work with sales and education team on new product forecast and upload to global system for ordering

-To work with Marketing Manager for new product pricing analysis

Monthly Product Master

-To update monthly product master files with global phrase-in, phrase-out updates

-Merchandising Tools

-In-charge of the tools stock in and out with sales and global customer services team at SAP

-Regular tools ordering with suppliers

-New tools ordering with global team

Product Launch

-To work with Marketing Manager and Education Manager on key launches marketing materials

-To work with agency for Chinese translation for key launches

-To work with creative agency for regional marketing materials for key launches

-To share global and regional marketing materials with distributors for new product launches

Social media content

-To share monthly global social media content with distributors

Sales Operation Support

-Facilitate internal process such as forecasting, registration, order placement, after sales service

-Assist distributors for the supports they need in product launches, promotional programs, merchandising aids, category management

-Keep abreast of product updates and ensure distributors follow the brand guidelines

-Assist to develop and manage brand planning in terms of products and sales plans

-Provide assistance in market research

-Support Office Administration

 

入職要求：

-Undergraduate student or Fresh Graduate in marketing or related disciplines

-Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

-Proficiency in MS applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

-Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and willing to learn

-Immediate available is highly preferred
