職責

• – 協助製作公司內部社交平台的內容（例如：每月議題和短片等）；
• – 測試內部社交平台的功能；
• – 整合不同部門辦公室的工作日程和資料 等等

條件要求

• – 熟悉MS Office操作和中文輸入法；
• – 流暢中英文（中文包括廣東話及普通話）；
• – 每週工作3天（或4個半天工作天）等等

 
The role will assist HR Department in employee communication tasks and administrative duties as below :

• – Assist in producing content for internal social platform (e.g. monthly topics, short video, etc.)
• – Test the features of internal social platform
• – Consolidate work calendars and materials from different offices
• – Generate reports for analysis
• – Perform research and market analysis activities

 
Requirements:

• – Proficient in MS Office and Chinese input
• – Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• – Knowledge of video production & video editing for online usage (e.g. iMovie, Window Video Maker, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
• – Sound knowledge of social media
• – Able to work 3 full days (or regularly for 4 half days) per week
