Part-time Assistant (Development Team) -3 Days Work

工作內容：

（1）Provide the administrative and logistic support to various fundraising events, i.e. Charity Golf, Gala Dinner, Charity Orienteering

（2）Support fundraising events from planning to execution, including campaign launches, draft appeals, speeches, press releases, features and marketing materials correspondence

（3）Assist in handling donors’ enquiry and correspondence

（4）Ensure complete, accurate, and timely updates of donor information in the system;

入職要求：

（1）With experience in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related discipline.

（2）Proficiency in computer, website, digital and social media applications.

（3）Efficient and motivated self-starter

 

Part-Time Assistant (Community Engagement) -3 Days Work

工作內容：

（1）Draft Social Post Stories: Create engaging and social media posts for the happenings or service of RMHC Hong Kong.

（2）Interview Assistance: Help identify compelling angles for people stories and assist in conducting interviews, from initial research to full write-up.

（3）Article Writing: Contribute to articles that promote our organization across various channels and events.

（4）Website Update: Provide support in updating corporate website.

入職要求：

（1）Good writing skills in both English and Chinese.

（2）Basic photography skills is expected.

（3）Ability to conduct interviews and write compelling stories.

（4）Interested in making stories and social posts in social platforms.

（5）Familiar with website content management systems is a plus.

（6）Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

（7）Energetic, positive, good team player. Strong passion in social welfare service or NGO.
