工作內容：

（1）Assist in generating and localizing content for the Greater China market, covering both online and offline content, including but not limited to product copy, marketing materials and internal and external communications, etc.

（2）Demonstrate strong copywriting skills by writing high-quality press releases and translating  press materials; Ensure that all content and images accurately align with the brand standards

（3）Arrange PR samples with the media and influencers, including managing the gift list, arranging deliveries, creating waybills and communicating messages to ensure timely and accurate PR gift delivery

（4）Support the team in various PR and marketing events and activations, focusing on execution, guest coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support to ensure the deliverables with brand standards

（5）Maintain and update press and influencer contacts database, incorporating updates from the PR and Marketing Manager, industry news sites, and online research

（6）Assist in establishing and nurturing media & influencer relationships

（7）Compile an accurate monthly PR report in a timely manner

（8）Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to the team

 

入職要求：

（1）1-year renewable contract, part-time position, able to work for 3 days per week (8 hours per day, mainly from Monday to Friday)

（2）Degree holder preferably in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related disciplines

（3）Undergraduates or those with equivalent experience are welcomed

（4）Experience in PR and copywriting is preferred

（5）Creative individuals with a passion for the beauty industry, PR, event management, media networking, and content generation

（6）Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Traditional Chinese)

（7）Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with the team and media

（8）Attention to detail, along with good organizational and time management skills

（9）Immediately available is highly preferred
