申請資格

• – 為2021年大學畢業生，少於兩年工作經驗
• – 就讀任何學科皆可
• – 能分析問題、解難、良好溝通技巧
• – 行動派、有團體合作精神、有創意 等等

實習期間：10個星期

表現良好的實習生，有機會於畢業時獲邀加入Graduate Talent Program。

Global Banking

職責：

• get to know the markets from the capital raising stage to disposal
• be involved in and contribute to providing M&A advice and execution, including spinoffs, takeovers, exchange offers, takeover defense and formation of joint ventures
• interact with the equities platform to get an insight into the investor community views and trends
• learn all about debt capital markets including corporate and emerging market bonds
• gain familiarity with structured products tailored to our clients’ funding and stake management needs
• be able to analyze complex situations and develop the best strategy to maximize our clients’ diverse objectives

Operations

職責：

• understand risks and apply this knowledge to risk metrics
• support new or emerging business areas by identifying limitations including systems, risk and operational feasibility
• stay aware of current economic and market activity, keeping an eye on how this affects risks
• identify and propose potential solutions for addressing control gaps.

IB Cheif Operating Office

職責：

• be part of the business management team in the Corporate Client Solutions (CCS) and Equities sales and trading business in the Investment Bank
• get exposure to different business areas, products and regions within CCS and Equities
• gain understanding of the business from a front-to-back perspective
• work with senior management across functions to develop, analyze and deliver business-enabling initiatives
• work on projects that support the business.

Group Treasury Asset Liability Management

職責：

• have the opportunity to rotate in all our functions to understanding what we do
• gain on the job experience in supporting our operating models in the asset liability management functions

Equities Trading

職責：

• use our online systems to buy and sell equities, foreign currencies, interest rates and credit
• seek the best prices to execute our clients’ sales orders
• make markets in listed and over-the-counter equities, equity derivatives and equity-linked securities

Equities Sales

職責：

• help our clients buy and sell on the phone and using our online systems
• choose whether to be on a client team or be a sales trader
• (on a client team) be promoting products and trading opportunities to clients based on an in-depth understanding of their needs and investment styles
• (as a sales trader) be the link between clients and traders, giving clients useful information about what’s happening in the markets and executing their trades at the best prices

Finance

職責：

• act as a strong guardian of our financial resources
• consult with internal experts to help advise our senior managers
• help us build strong relationships with external auditors, regulators and tax authorities.

Client Advisor, Global Wealth Management

職責：

• work closely with our client advisory teams to help our clients develop their wealth and structure their existing finances
• benefit from assignments that help grow your client relationship management skills
• develop a better understanding of wealth management and how our business functions

FX Rates & Credit Sales

職責：

• help our clients buy and sell on the phone and using our online systems
• choose whether to be on a client team or be a sales trader
